The Numbing Cream Co offer FREE fast delivery on all orders.

We anticipate 1-2 working days (24 to 48 hours) for your order to be delivered to your door once it has been collected by our shipping provider.

You can upgrade to Next Day Delivery (24 hours) which is a guaranteed service delivered the next working day provided you order before 2pm the previous working day (Monday to Friday but not including bank holidays). All orders placed before 2pm on working days will be dispatched the same working day with all other orders being shipped the following working day.

Orders sent to destinations within the European Union typically arrive within 2 to 11 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing times. All EU orders are fully tracked, and you’ll receive updates as your parcel progresses through each stage of delivery. Please note that customs checks may occasionally cause minor delays beyond our control.

We also ship internationally to most countries Worldwide, with estimated delivery times ranging from 7 to 15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, local postal services, and customs clearance. All international shipments are tracked, and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
