  • WHO ARE THE NUMBING CREAM CO?

    We are a leading authorised distributor and supplier for a range of numbing products to help our customer reduce the pain they feel when undertaking a range of treatments and procedures including tattoos, laser and cosmetic treatments.

  • WHAT ARE THE BEST PRODUCTS TO USE?

    All of the products listed on our website are from the leading manufactures from around the world including TXTX, CSLab, J-Pro and Mithra+. Our range of creams, gels and sprays are hand selected not only because of their popularity for those using them but also based on the feedback and experience we’ve had from our team using the products ourselves.

  • DO NUMBING CREAMS, GELS AND SPRAYS WORK?


    Yes, each will offer a slightly different numbing experience with some acting immediately and others taking longer but lasting for a longer time too. Our products have been used successfully by thousands of people for a wide range of treatments and procedures over the years.

  • WHY ARE THERE SO MANY PRODUCTS?


    Each product has a slightly different strength, duration, effect or time in which it takes to activate. For example, the creams take longer to start working but the gels and sprays that are available in some cases can numb the area immediately but may not last as long.

  • WHICH NUMBING PRODUCT PROVIDES THE STRONGEST RESULTS?

    We would recommend one of the numbing creams for the longer and deeper numbing sensation. TKTX Yellow cream is the latest in their range and delivers some fantastic results. However, you could also check out one of the other creams by CSLab, J-Pro and Mithra+ as these also have different strengths and benefits of use.

  • WHERE CAN THE NUMBING PRODUCTS BE APPLIED?

    Numbing creams should only be applied to unbroken and health skin before your treatment or procedure. Gels and sprays are the only exception where they can potentially be reapplied but we would generally recommend not reapplying any numbing products once a procedure has been started.

  • HOW DO I USE NUMBING PRODUCTS?

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE NUMBING PRODUCTS TO TAKE AFFECT?

    Numbing creams can take anywhere from 25 minutes to start working, gels take around 5 minutes to take affect and the sprays can start to work immediately but this will vary from person to person. 

  • HOW LONG WILL YOUR PRODUCTS LAST FOR?

    Each numbing product acts slightly different but the numbing affects for the products we supply can last anywhere from 1 hour to 5 hours. Some people have found the numbing effects actually last longer than this but we use the information on the product pages as a guide only.

  • IS IT SAFE TO PUT NUMBING CREAM ON BEFORE A TATTOO?

    It certainly is and we’d recommend for anyone who has not experienced a tattoo with the use of numbing creams to give it a go provided they follow the warnings and guidelines we provide on our website before using them. 

  • WHAT COLOUR IS THE CREAMS SUPPOSED TO BE INSIDE THE TUBE?

    You may find the colour of the cream varies from white to pink from time to time but the colour of the cream does not affect the strength or effectiveness of the product itself. Sometimes it can be a simple case of certain ingredients not being available which gives the cream a slightly different colouration.

  • WILL I HAVE ANY SIDE EFFECTS FROM USING NUMBING PRODUCTS?

    Not everyone will have side effects and we have strict guidelines and warnings for those who should not use the products. However, some of the common side effects can include tingling, pale, red or itchy skin. These are all normal and should wear off over a short space of time.

  • WHY HAS MY SKIN GONE RED AFTER USING THE PRODUCTS?

    Everyone reacts differently to numbing products but it is normal for redness to appear as the blood vessels start to widen again.

  • HOW MANY DAYS IN A ROW CAN I USE THE NUMBING PRODUCTS?

    It would not be advisable to use any of the numbing products we supply for more than 3 days.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT WEARS OFF?

    Due to the nature of the products we supply, once they wear off the pain can be increased by up to five times. We do not advise reapplying to the same area when using the creams as they are not designed for use on broken skin but the gels and sprays can be an exception to this rule.

  • IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT FOR BUYING YOUR NUMBING PRODUCTS?

    Although there is no legal age limit for someone to purchase these products, we will not knowingly sell to anyone under the age of 18.

  • CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS IN BULK / WHOLESALE?

    All of the product we supply can be purchased in bulk volumes or for wholesale purposes to be resold.
